This Privacy Policy explains how the Dexter-CLAI Realtor Assistant ("Dexter-CLAI") accesses, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with its business productivity functions.
1. About Dexter-CLAI
Dexter-CLAI is a private business productivity and workflow application used by Dexter Joseph for real estate relationship management, contact follow-ups, and authorized business communications.
Dexter-CLAI is not offered as a public consumer application. Access to the underlying automation system is restricted to authorized users.
2. Google Account Authorization
Dexter-CLAI may connect to Google services using Google's OAuth authorization system. Google account information is accessed only after the applicable Google account owner grants the requested permissions.
The Google permissions requested by Dexter-CLAI are limited to those needed to provide the application's authorized functionality.
3. Google User Data Accessed
Dexter-CLAI currently requests authorization to send email through Gmail on behalf of the authorized Google account owner.
The Gmail permission is used to transmit business email messages that have been created or authorized through the Dexter-CLAI workflow.
Dexter-CLAI may also receive basic Google account information made available during the OAuth authorization process, such as the account email address and basic profile information, for authentication and account identification purposes.
4. How Google User Data Is Used
Google user data accessed by Dexter-CLAI is used only to provide and operate the application's authorized business functions.
Gmail access is used to send authorized business communications on behalf of the connected Google account owner. Google account information is used to authenticate and identify the authorized account.
Dexter-CLAI does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiles, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.
5. Storage of Google User Data
Dexter-CLAI is designed to minimize the Google user data it stores. Authentication credentials and authorization tokens required to connect to Google services may be stored securely by the application's automation platform so that authorized functionality can operate without requiring the account owner to sign in for every authorized action.
Access to the underlying automation environment and stored credentials is restricted to authorized users.
6. Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data
Dexter-CLAI does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.
Google user data is not shared with third parties for advertising or independent marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the application's authorized functionality, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
Dexter-CLAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Data Retention
Dexter-CLAI retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate its authorized business functions, maintain the application, meet legitimate business requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
OAuth credentials or authorization tokens may remain stored while the Google integration is active. They may be removed when access is revoked or the integration is discontinued.
9. Revoking Google Account Access
The Google account owner may revoke Dexter-CLAI's access at any time through the security and third-party access settings of their Google Account.
Revoking access prevents Dexter-CLAI from using the revoked Google authorization for future Google API operations.
10. Data Deletion Requests
Requests concerning personal information, Google user data, stored authorization information, or deletion of information associated with Dexter-CLAI may be submitted to the contact address below.
Reasonable requests will be reviewed and applicable information will be deleted when it is no longer required for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
11. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information processed by Dexter-CLAI. Access to the underlying automation environment, connected accounts, and credentials is restricted to authorized users.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but reasonable measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Dexter-CLAI's functionality, Google API usage, or data-handling practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
